Returns

We hope that you will get the right size first time. If you wish to return an item, simply email customercare@Jeanography.com with the reason for your return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order. Please note we can only exchange items for a different size, based on stock availability. If you wish to exchange your item for an alternative product simply email us with your request and we will do our best to accommodate your wish. Shipping is free as ever on the replacement item. We also recommend that items are returned to us by registered/insured mail. You may return the goods by any secure means.
