We have offices in Leeds and Manchester and our registered company number is 07198036. Our warehouse address is Jeanography Returns, Fence House, Fence Avenue, Macclesfield, Cheshire, SK10 1LT, please use this address for returns following the procedure detailed below. Our correspondence / office address is Unit 2, 30–38 Dock Street, Leeds, LS10 1JF. Please note that this address should not be used for returns or exchanges.

Do you have a retail store?
No, we are currently only online. This may change in the future.

Do you wholesale goods?
No, we do not wholesale goods, we only sell to consumers.

Do you sell both mens and womens Jeans?
We are currently focused on Womenswear however we do intend to start stocking some more menswear. We can often get hold of items of Menswear and Womenswear that are not yet available on the website. If you do see something on an American or other UK site the chances are that we can get this item for you – get in touch and we will be glad to help.

How long does delivery take?
On orders placed before 3.00pm on weekdays item(s) will usually be dispatched the same day, via TNT UK or similar and delivered Next Working Day. This is of course dependent on payment and stock availability. If the order is placed AFTER 4pm on Thursday, the order will be dispatched on Friday for delivery the following Monday. If the order is placed AFTER 4pm on Friday, the order will be dispatched the following Monday for next working day delivery on Tuesday. Please note that we can sometimes despatch orders to arrive on a Saturday that have been ordered before 3pm on a Friday. Please contact us if you require this additional service.
All our orders are shipped within the UK for free. This saves you around £7 per order. Delivery on International orders is £19 to all destinations.

If you place your order AFTER 4pm on a Friday, your order will not be trackable until it has been collected from us the following Monday

How do I know if my item has been dispatched?
All orders placed before 3.00pm (GMT) will be shipped that day, dependant on payment and stock availability. You will receive a shipment confirmation via email, sent to the email address on your online account.

Can someone else sign for my delivery?
UPS/TNT requires somebody at the delivery address to sign for the package, it does not have to be the addressee. The signature is electronically logged for security. Any signature at the address will be taken as proof of delivery by us.

Can I change the delivery address?
On orders placed online we provide the option to ship to a different address than the one at which your card is registered. For security reasons, this service is discretionary, and we reserve the right to only ship to the billing address, or verify details with our customers before shipping to a different address. If you have made a mistake with your delivery details contact us immediately and we can try to amend them. If the order has already left our office, then the delivery address cannot be changed.

Do you deliver to BFPO addresses?
We can ship to BFPO addresses, please ensure you complete the billing address field as appropriate and the BFPO address as the delivery address.

Do you deliver to my country?
We deliver to most countries worldwide, we charge a flat rate of £19 for all international deliveries. Exchanges up to a maximum of 2 are free. Delivery times vary depend on location, feel free to contact us for additional information on International orders.

Do I have to pay Customs & import charges?
Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. It might be a good idea to contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting. Any parcels that are refused due to customs charges, the customer takes full liability for all postal charges, return shipment costs, customs charges and handling fees.

What if I'm not home when it's delivered?
If UPS/TNT are unable to obtain a signature from somebody at the address then they will try again on another day or leave instructions to contact. Following this, if delivery is still unsuccessful a card will be left and the goods returned to the depot, from here collection or re-delivery can be arranged.
