Orders received before 2pm are normally dispatched the same day, standard delivery takes 2-3 days, Fit First Time orders are delivered next day.

If you have ordered through Fit First Time, you have 7 days to decide what you would like to keep, exchange or return, and a further 7 days to get returns back to us.
