Orders are dispatched on weekdays only.

Orders received before 2pm are normally dispatched the same day, standard delivery takes 2-3 days, Fit First Time orders are delivered next day.

We hope your love your jeans, but if there's a problem you have 14 days to return them to us.

If you have ordered through Fit First Time, you have 7 days to decide what you would like to keep, exchange or return, and a further 7 days to get returns back to us.
